Thank you for buying from Crafted Crystals. We really hope you enjoy your product. To prolong the life of your Crafted Crystals product we have written this short Aftercare Guide. Following the steps below will ensure you get the most out of your SWAROVSKI TM ELEMENTS crystallised product.

Your Crafted Crystals product has been handcrafted with care and attention to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. Due to the precious and delicate nature of SWAROVSKI TM ELEMENTS it is really important that you continue to care for your piece.

We will not be held responsible for any damage that is a result of not following the Aftercare Guide.

Caring for your Crafted Crystals

Crystallised products should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Your Crafted Crystals product must not be exposed to direct sunlight and extremes of temperatures.
Crystals cannot sustain impact. Any impact, however small, could cause the crystals to break – or fall off completely.
Crystals must not be exposed to water. To see how to clean your product, see below.
Crystals should not be exposed to dirty or dusty environments. The glue used to affix the crystals will attract dirt and dust, making it nearly impossible to remove.
Trying to remove the crystals will result in damage to the crystal and the product itself.
When wearing strassed shoes, avoid cracks in the pavement and knocking against table legs etc.
Use a shoe horn when putting on strassed shoes.
Items for babies are sold for display only. We do not advise giving products to children – you do so at your own risk. This is stated in our Terms and Conditions.

How to clean your Crafted Crystals

Garments should be washed by hand, inside out. Line dry only. Do not use a washing machine or tumble drier.
All other Crafted Crystals products (including equestrian and homeware) should be cleaned with a damp cloth and water ONLY. Do not use chemicals or products. Do not submerge in water.
